We Are Very Hungry

Rangers international midfielder Tony Msonter has attributed their qualification into the next round of CAF confederations cup to hunger and quest for trophies in the team.

The former FC Ifeanyi Ubah player acknowledged that Rangers started poorly in the first half against AS Pelican of Gabon. During the break the boys realised that they had only forty five minutes to either qualify or crash out. They boys came out smoking hot and had to score two goals and had better play than the first half. Also expressed how the new signings are adapting to the team and the never say die philosophy of the team.

Two new signings, Nnamdi Egbujuo and Ibrahim Olawoyin scored to seal the qualification for the Antelopes.

The defensive midfield marshal expressed that the team are very hungry to win every game in the continent so as to play in the final of the Confederations cup. He also attributed the team’s consistency in the past few seasons to the professional attitude of the club which he described as a top notch.

Tony attributed his consistent run of form which has not gone unnoticed to self discipline and shear hardwork
