Women Football All-Stars Boss proclaims FCT FA Chair a gentleman with many amazing initiatives and achievements

The Founder and Interim National President, Women Football All-Stars Association of Nigeria, Bar. Victoria Nlemigbo has described chairman of the FCT FA Alhaji Abba Mouktar Mohammed as a gentleman with many amazing initiatives and achievements.

This, Bar Victoria said in her remarks on the occasion of his one year in office.

According to her, FCT football family wouldn’t have wished for more from the chairman and his board.

Her words “Mallam Mouktar is a gentle man and to think that the achievements in the last twelve months was spearheaded by him makes it even more enthralling.

” We have watched him take on developmental projects and initiatives to developing human capacities and improve the standard of the game here in FCT.

“That is what we have always wished for and we can’t wait to have more”.

“To say he is living up to our expectations is an understatement” she added.

“I congratulate him and the board for the impression already made. We are also still full of anticipation that much more would be achieved in coming years especially in the area of women football development”.

Barr. Nlemigbo who was a member of the Fct Football Association and Head of Women Football in the Fct for close to 10 years, and the Founder/CEO of Ucon Girls Education And Defence Initiative, added “I urge him on the need to put women football in focus to help the girl child and also not to pay deaf ears to the issues of rape and other violent acts against girls in recent times.” She opined that “sports, especially football is a veritable object for the reduction of violence against women and girls and should be harnessed effectively”she concluded.
