Odo oro and Awo will kick-off the opening game of the 2021 Irepodun/Ifelodun Vicolas Unity Cup at Eyemote Secondary School, Iyin on Tuesday afternoon.
According to the fixtures released by the Local Organizing Committee chairman, Adefemi Popoola after the weekend draw will only see Odooro and Awo trade tackles on Match day 1.
Popoola stated that all is now set to have a smooth kick-off on Tuesday and urged all participating teams to abide by the rules of the competition.
“We’re good to go. All the necessary arrangements and logistics to have a wonderful opening game have been put in place and there is no cause for alarm,” Popoola enthused.
The weekend draw saw eight teams grouped in two pots (1 and 2) and will play in a round robin format to determine the finalists and the third place team at the end of the competition.
