Andrew Ikefe: Enyimba game will be ‘very difficult’

Plateau United defender, Andrew Ikefe says the game against table toppers, Enyimba Int’l will be ‘very difficult’ but believe his team can still get a result.

The Nigeria Professional Football League Match day 9 will hold at the Enyimba Int’l Stadium, Aba today.

Enyimba are on top of the league table with 18 points from eight games while Plateau United sit tenth on the table with 11 points from the same number of games played.

“We have a difficult game in our hands today against Enyimba,” said Ikefe.

“No game is easy. Enyimba are in good shape but that doesn’t mean we can’t get a result in Aba. We are up to the task and we will give them a good game.

“We (Plateau United) are a formidable team with lots of quality and Enyimba know what we are capable of doing as the league champions.

“It will be a difficult game because both teams have quality and players who can always make the different. We will approach Enyimba with the right mentality to win,” Ikefe concluded.
