In a bid to secure s spot in the 2020-21 Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL), technical adviser of Niger Tornadoes has called on major stakeholders in Minna to rally round the team to enable them achieve their promotion target.

The Ikon Allah boys are in Group B 1 of the Nigeria National League.

Bala in a chart at the weekend told FreekickNaija that the support of the stakeholders is inevitable to propel the team to the top flight league.

“We need everyone now to help us achieve our target. The stakeholders in Minna have a role to play, they are the twelfth man on the pitch.

“Their support at this time is what we need to carry on because we can not do it alone. Every team need the support of their stakeholders and fans at every level. We urge then to always come out on match days and during our training routine to come out and support us.

“We have been there before (the NPFL) and we want to get back to where we belong to at the end of the Nigeria National League season.

“We (Tornadoes) as a team are doing the best we can to keep fit, mentally and tactical strong to face the rigorous league schedule when it resume from the yuletide break,” said the former Kwara United gaffer.

Niger Tornadoes are top of the log in group B 1 with 7points from three games played so far.

The NNL will resume at a later date yet to be announced by the league body after failing to resume from the yuletide break last week.
