Bala debunk report linking him with Wikki Tourists coaching job

Niger Tornadoes gaffer, Abubakar Bala says report in some section of the media linking him with Wikki Tourists coaching job are false and not true.

Bala told FreeKickNaija in an exclusive interview that no contact between him and Wikki Tourists hierarchy about him taking over the technical affairs of the club.

“I dey with Tornadoes,” Bala said in local parlance.

“I don’t know were the report is coming out from that am about to take Wikki Tourists coaching job. The report is malicious and have nothing to do with me.

“I’m happy here in Tornadoes. I have a contract to honour and if there is need for me to leave for any other club there are appropriate steps to follow than just coming to the media without any discuss or contact between me and the club linked with.”

Bala further stated that he is committed to return the Minna based club to Nigeria elite football.

“My target is to return Tornadoes back to the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) at the end of the Nigeria National League (NNL).

“As you can see, were are perfecting our tactics and strategy ahead of the NNL resumption date after observing the yuletide break.

“Our sole target is to get back to the NPFL like I said earlier and my charges are responding well to training and ready to give their best in achieving the target we set for ourselves at the beginning of the season,” said the former Kwara United coach.
