Chikelue Iloenyosi Hits The Ground Running , Ask For Synergy In Development Of Football In Anambra

The Anambra FA Chairman Chikelue Iloenyosi has urge Ndî Anambra to come together to help lift the game of football in the state. Saying that only meaningful conversation and discussion around and about football will help develop the game accordingly here in our state.

The General made this known in his media tour this morning in two media outfits in the state. First was Ogene 98.3 FM Awka, flagship Sports program done in Igbo language with Ikem Asika as the anchor. In the program, Mr Iloenyosi thanked the major stakeholders in the state for their tremendous support and asked them to rally around to help achieve developmental football at the grassroot.

” Since I was installed to be honest with you. I have been overwhelmed by the unsolicited congratulatory messages from many well meaning Anambrarians and Nigerians. All I am asking is that these supports will be reverted to huge support when we throw open our programs for the rest of the year.”

From Ogene FM, General Adeleke made a detour to ABS TV for a sports program anchored by Dr Iyke Nwokedi. Here the Chairman showed his eagerness to lay down developmental football programs that will be in line with the vision of our state governor, Prof Chukwuma Soludo, among other important issues discussed.

” I didn’t get this position because I can. It is God that put me here and I believe it is for a reason. Getting into office just over 100 days of our Governor taking office. I believe in Divine coincidence. That’s why the program my administration will throw up with be intentional and must align with the sporting vision of our dear Governor, His Excellency Prof Chukwuma Soludo and his amiable Deputy Dr Alex Ibezim”

After the program, the Chairman paid an august visit to Lifelight FC Awka. He assured them of his administrative support in making the environment favorable for them all to thrive.
