MOB Ekiti Central Senatorial District Unity Cup To Kick-off November

The maiden edition of MOB Ekiti Central Senatorial Unity Cup will kick-off later in November.

The Unity Cup football tourney will feature both male and female teams.

The first phase will feature towns in Ado Local Government, Irepodun/Ifelodun Local Government, Efon Local Government, Ekiti West Local Government and Ijero Local Government where champions in each of the Local Government of the Senatorial District will feature in the second phase in a round robin format.

The one time Commissioner for Youths, Sports and Social Development, Lagos State told news men in Ado-Ekiti that this was one of his project in engaging youth of his constituency.

“This is an example of how far we can take our youth to been focused. “This will be part of the primary objective of the football competition we want to start in our Senatorial District for both male and female players,” He told FreekickNaija.com.ng.

“I look forward to having an exciting time by the grace of God and will make myself available with some of my friends and well wishers so that we can be part of some of the matches together,” the soft spoken astute politician maintained.

Michael Opeyemi Bamidele popularly known as MOB is a Nigerian lawyer, human right activist, politician and member of the 7th National Assembly, 8th National Assembly and 9th National Assembly consecutively representing Ekiti Central Senatorial District of Ekiti State at the Nigeria senate.
