MOB Ekiti Central Unity Cup: Are FC, Obalu Quarters and Alara FC Clinch LGA Trophies

The maiden edition of the MOB Ekiti Central Unity Cup first phase final matches have been determined in Ijero, Ekiti West and Efon Alaaye Local Government Areas.

Are FC of Ijero defeated Rycho FC 3-1 to chart home the prize money of 150,000 naira with Rycho FC going home with 100,000 naira as the second place team and the third place team carted away with 50,000 naira.

In Efon Alaaye Local Government Area, Abula Quarters were crowned champions after fighting hard to beat AAYE FC 2-1 in a postulating final on Saturday afternoon.

Obalu Quarters of Efon also went home with the sum of 150,000 naira while AAYE FC got 100,000 naira as the second place team.

Alara FC defeated Ile Ona United FC 1-0 to chart home the prize money of 150,000 naira with Ile Ona FC got 100,000 naira as the second place team and the third place team Mom FC of Erio Ekiti pocketed 50,000naira.

Are FC of Ijero, Alara FC of Aramoko and Obalu Quarters of Efon will represent their Local Government Areas in the second phase of the tournament scheduled to begin in January 2023.
