‘There are positives to take’ after 2-1 defeat to Osun United, says Ayodeji Ayeni

By Gbenga Adeleye

Ekiti United Boss Ayodeji Ayeni has described Sunday’s 2-1 lost to Osun United as a fierce Southwest derby, adding that there are rooms for improvement.

“It’s a good game even though we lost,” said Ayeni.

“Of course, you can’t win every game but there are positives to take from today’s (yesterday’s) match.

“We will definitely work on the lapses noticed before our next home game,” Ayeni maintained.

Ekiti United are yet to record a point(s) on the road losing all four games and will this weekend welcome Rovers of Calabar to the Oluyemi Kayode Stadium, Ado-Ekiti.
