Victory Over Shooting Stars, A Wake Up Call For Niger Tornadoes – Abubakar Bala

Technical Adviser of Niger Tornadoes, Abubakar Bala has said the 2-0 victory over Shooting Stars in the Nigeria Professional Football League match day 7 has brought relieve to his team.

Bala while reacting to newsmen moments after the final whistle said the victory was a big one after series on poor run in the league.

“It a big and wake up victory for the team,” said estactic Bala.

“You no when you are a little bit tensed and you get a victory that will push you forward, it motivates you to keep doing more.

“This victory will change the whole fortune of our project this season by the grace of God because we have the courage and confident that yes we can do it.

“We won’t relax. We will work very hard and go into the next match with every positiveness to get something out of it,” the former Kwara United gaffer maintained.

When asked if the team will be playing it home games in Abuja after the three match ban, Bala replied: “Yes, you can see that this is the first match we’ve won three points with two goals. We are looking forward to seeing a better luck in this pitch by the next two matches we need to play and then we know what to do.”
