Wisdom Magbisa Bullish Ahead Of Titanic CS Sfaxien Battle

Bayelsa United Wisdom Magbisa has expressed optimism that the Restoration boys will turn out against CS Sfaxien on Saturday evening.

The CAF Confederation Cup second preliminary round second leg fixture is billed for the Stade Taieb Mhiri Stadium in Sfax, Tunisia.

The Diepreye Teibowei tutored side takes a 1-0 advantage into today’s game after Victor Beniangba 56th minute strike in the first leg last Sunday in Yenagoa.

Magbisa in a telephone conversation with FreekickNaija.com.ng from Tunisia opined that his side are in Sfax to get a favourable result and progress to the next round not minding the “big name” tag on CS Sfaxien.

“We have all to play for in Sfax and am confident of a favourable result,” Magbisa said.

“Before the first leg, nobody gave us a chance to beat them even on our home soil but we came out victors. We’re taking the fight to them in Sfax.

“Sfaxien are a dominant force on the continent. We know there pedigree but this is football and anything can happen. Bayelsa United is well focused and the ultimate goal is to get a result.

“We are well aware of the task ahead most especially when you playing the North Africans at home. There antics, dominance but we are ready to get the job done in Tunisia,” the 24-year-old maintained.
