Adamawa United FC midfielder Uzoma Nwobi has forseen a stiffness of his opponents in Sunday’s Matchday 18 Nigeria Professional Football League at the Sani Abacha Stadium, stressing the need for his mates to wake up to responsibilities and stop the high flying Kano Pillars FC.

Uzoma who previously dorned the colours of FC Ifeanyiubah stated that the encounter would not be easy, but he however admonish team not to give up as nothing is impossible in football.

He said, it is expected that his host would do everything possible to maintain their momentum, but with hard work on their side, they could come out with positive result.

Uzoma therefore pleads with the club management to motivate the players by giving them what is due to them so as to reciprocate it on the pitch.

“We also wants our management to look into our situation because without motivation there will be no result. The players are hungry for success but it will be difficult if we are not being supported in terms finances.
