“We give glory to Almighty Allah, as you can see it was a difficult game been a northern derby. “The previous games we played at home were not as difficult as this,” said Zubairu.

“It wasn’t an easy game. I was impressed by my boys performance immediately we missed the penalty in the 20th minute which it would have been 2-0.

“Tornadoes came on us, they’ve only one way of attack which was direct attacking and they gave my defense a lot of work to do. To be sincere with you, my boys did very well.”

Zubairu further stated that he was impressed by the level of officiating and charged the arbiters to maintain the same level of officiating in all league games.

“The officiating was okay. If we will be having this kind of officiating in our away games, that would be fine,” He concluded.
