Current Nigeria Professional Football League Champions, Akwa united have secured the service of talented left back, Evans Ogbonda, on a 2 years deal.

Coach Kennedy Boboye who has been an admirer of the full back for while finally signed him. Evans who from his full back position recorded 14 goals assists while playing for FC Ifeanyi Ubah last season.
