La Liga Nigeria Director, Chiji Desmond Score Ekiti FA, Coaches High In Terms Of Organization

La Liga Nigeria Director, Chiji Desmond says he is impressed with the level of organization and conduct from the Ekiti State Football Association and Coaches.

Desmond said this at a press conference held after the closing ceremony of the two day La Liga and Ekiti FA online coaching seminar for grassroots football coaches in Ado-Ekiti.

He commended the State FA led by Bayo Olanlege for putting a well organized structure on ground for an hitch free seminar.

“When you see something organized like this, it shows the FA knows what they are doing, they understand were we want to go. “They understand the concept behind having such a coaching seminar in place because if you are not organized, it will not work no matter how you teach people.

“If you don’t have anything that is organized, it will not work, because the most difficult part in any enterprise, be it company, be it sports, be it journalism, is management.

“The management is the most difficult, that is why a lot of people run away from it, because is not something you do once and stops. Is something you continue doing everyday, you have to do more more and some people are not ready for that,” said Desmond.

He also scored the grassroots football coaches in the State high in terms of their uniformity and organization throughout the seminar and see a bigger future ahead of them.

“Coming here today (yesterday) seeing how organized these coaches were pleased me. “Even when we were talking with the team in Madrid, they appreciated these coaches in terms of organization.

“Putting on red uniform, everywhere was clean, there was no trouble, there was nobody stepping on anybody’s toe, everybody was united for the same ultimate goal, which is to develop grassroots program in Ekiti State, that is something that interested us and we are happy about,” He concluded.
