It is a new dawn for All Stars footballers in Anambra state as KM Lubricants are set to host an All Stars Tournament across major cities in Anambra state.
In a press briefing, Mr Jonathan Igwe, the chairman of the Organising Committee describes the upcoming tournament to be a better version of what we have seen so far in the state . With the right partnership between the state FA and the sponsors of the tournament , it promises to be weekends of football fiesta.
In his words
” Ladies and gentlemen of the press, I officially welcome you to the media briefing of KM Lubricants Anambra State All Stars Tournament, this tournament is for 35 and above ages, those who sees football as a way of keeping healthy living, socialising and networking.
” The tournament is to hold in 4 venues of the state , registration is #20,000 , the registration, those who successfully registered are entitled to team jerseys, an opportunity to win the prizes of #500,000 (1st), 300,000 ( 2nd ) and 200,000 (3rd). Registration closes on 13th of October 2023 and screening of teams on 14th, interested teams are to make their registration on time to avoid rush, as there are limited number of teams for the tournament “
