Ekiti FA Identity Card, Prerequisite To Enjoy Dividends Of Football In Ekiti – Bayo Olanlege
The Chairman of Ekiti State Football Association, EKSFA Bayo Olanlege has reiterated the importance of the body’s identification card for members of affiliated organizations within the association and Ekiti Football Ecosystem in general.
Olanlege said this in his office on Monday is Ado-Ekiti that there is need to capture all it sundries and enable the Association to have a formidable plan to achieve it set objectives.
“We need to know amongst other things, the size of our ecosystem, in order to make long-term plans and key into the cardinal goals of the State government led by our governor, Dr. John Kayode Fayemi, which is Human Capacity building,” He enthused.
The astute football administrator maintained that all teams who wish to participate in any of Ekiti FA’s activities must obtain their FA ID cards as a non negotiable prerequisite.
Olanlege while highlighting other benefits of owning the Ekiti FA ID card said; “It would afford teams to lay claim to their players during transfers, aid in identifying the affiliated organization members belong and as well as their status within such organizations and most importantly, show that the member is indeed based in Ekiti State.”
He further revealed that the Secretariat of the EKSFA is willing to guide and assist teams through the process of getting the Ekiti FA ID card as officials will move around club camps and organizations’ offices to assist in the simple computer based exercise.
