Kano Pillars’ Anaezemba switches allegiance to Lobi Stars

Midfielder, Nzube Anaezemba has joined forces with Lobi Stars after he parted company with Kano Pillars on mutual agreements.

The former Enyimba FC player who joined the four-time Nigeria Professional Football League Champions at the beginning of the 2018/2019 left the side after making his intention known to the club’s management last Wednesday at the end of his contract duration which elapsed at the end of last season.

www.freekicknaija.com.ng gathered that the Sai Masu Gida side were keen to renew Anaezemba’s contract but he opted for fellow NPFL side.

Nzube was part of the Pillars team that won the 2019 Federation cup, a title that eluded the Kano based side.

Kano Pillars FC in a release through their media officer,  Rulwanu Idris Malikawa wished the player well in his future endeavors while thanking him for the great service during his stint with them.
