Kwali, AMAC win big as Abuja Elite Champions Cup kicks off

The Millennium Park in Abuja came alive with raw talents from the six Area Councils of the FCT flooding the football pitch for the Abuja Elite Champions Cup.

Abuja Elite Champions Cup is a tournament organized by the FCT Chapter of the Professional Football Association of Nigeria (PFAN), in collaboration with the Elite Project Group (EPG) to showcase U16 talents and place them on a path to a successful career.

The tournament started on Tuesday, April 22 with four games played and expected to end on April 27th with a final.

Kwali and AMAC teams recorded the biggest wins, after defeating IB Sport and Gwagwalada by 4-1 and 3-0 respectively.

Bwari also enjoyed a win against the Kuje team by 2-1 while the game between HB Academy and Abaji ended in a goalless draw.

Hostility will resume Friday, at same venue, with four games expected to go down.
