Hamza Abara Praises Team Despite 1-0 Defeat To Doma Utd

Niger Tornadoes head coach, Hamza Abara says he was impressed by his team performance despite losing 1-0 to Doma United in Gombe.

Abara in a post match mortem commended the fighting spirit of his players especially during the second half.

Nelson Abiam’s first half added time was all Doma United needed to record a slim victory over the Ikon Allah boys.

“I am happy with the boys today,” said Abara.

“They showed good character and committment which means the team is gradually picking up. All we need to do now, is to consolidate on this impressive outing.

“Doma United are a good side especially at home, with the massive support from their fans.

“To our fans back home, we solicit for their support and patience. The team is a work in progress,” Abara maintained.

Niger Tornadoes will next host Remo Stars on matchday 12 at the Ahmadu Bello Staduim, Kaduna.
